It is required for all conference participants to fill in the given form (Form).

You can signup for NEUREL2006 here and get your author account for reviewer account you have to apply at professor Reljins mail. After You enter all the data (please make sure You fill fields marked with star symbol) press the Submit button and You will be sent e-mail containing Your account details. After You receive that e-mail, You will be able to log in to Your account and Add paper by clicking on given link. Please make sure You enter all significant data about Your paper. You are not required to upload paper yet. Authors of accepted papers must fill and sign appropriate IEEE Copyright Form (form).
