The Seminar NEUREL is a biannual conference
intended to all aspects of the artificial neural networks as
well as fuzzy systems, from their theoretical foundations to
applications. Submission of papers related, but not limited,
to the main topics listed below are invited.

1. Theoretical foundations of neural networks
2. Realization of neural networks
3. Applications of neural networks
4. Biomedical aspects of neural networks
5. Fuzzy systems

SUBMISSION PROCEDURES:
Prospective authors are invited to submit camera-ready papers
in electronic form (PDF or DOC format- template, Signup here) describing original
research and development work related to the topics listed above.
Papers should be prepared as ISO A4 format (210mm x 297mm,
or 8.5" x 11") in two-columns with 5mm
(0.2") space between columns, with 2.0cm (0.8") margins
in all four sides. Text to be typed in Times Roman or similar
font style, 10 points or larger, according to the IEEE
style. Four pages are encouraged; however, the paper
must not exceed six pages, including figures, tables and
references, and should be written in English.
Centered at the top of the first page, starting 10mm below the
top margin, the complete title and name(s), affiliation(s) and
e-mail address(es) of the author(s) should be given. The paper should
contain a short one-paragraph abstract briefly describing the
subject and contribution and the list of keywords (up to five
references). References should appear in a separate section
at the end of the paper with items referred to by numerals in
square brackets.
The accompanying pre-registration form should include the following information:
1. Full title of the paper including author's name(s)
2. Technical area (topics 1-5 listed above),
3. Corresponding author (name, postal and e-mail addresses,
phone/fax numbers).
Authors of accepted papers must fill and sign appropriate IEEE Copyright Form (form).
Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the NEUREL-2006, both in hard copy and in CD-ROM, and appeared in the IEEE Conference Publications Program including IEEE Xplore.
Selected papers will be printed in the special issue of the Serbian scientific journal.
