It is required for all conference participants to fill in the given form (Form).

You can signup for NEUREL2008 here and get your author account. For reviewer account you have to apply at professor Reljins mail. After you fill in all the data (please make sure that fields marked with star "*" symbol are filled) press the Submit button and you will be sent e-mail with your account details. After you receive that e-mail, you will be able to log in to your account and Add paper by clicking on given link. Please make sure you enter all the significant data about your paper. You are not required to upload paper yet. Authors of accepted papers must fill and sign appropriate IEEE Copyright Form (form).
